Your route & dates
Share the origin and destination, preferred pickup and delivery timing, and any flexibility. We’ll confirm route availability and scheduling with your estimate.
Include any building delivery limits and dates that cannot change. Discuss these requirements with your specialist before confirming the move arrangements.
What is coming with you
List furniture, boxes and special-care pieces. Let us know about stairs, elevators, parking and storage at either end, plus any additional stops.
Include garages, storage spaces and belongings at additional pickup locations. Photos and dimensions are useful when an item needs a closer review.
Packing & preparation
Choose full-service packing or help with selected items. We’ll discuss preparation, materials and belongings that need a separate transport plan.
Arrival & settling in
We plan room placement and agreed furniture assembly. Unpacking & Settling-In includes unpacking every box and professional home organization: organizing cupboards, cabinets, drawers and closets; putting away dishes, clothing and linens; and placing decorations. Your moving specialist plans the details with you.
