Can I Change My Service Option?
A to Z Moving and Driving understands that plans often change, just call (216) 956-2448 and one of our moving specialists will try to accommodate your requests to assure a successful move day!
When Will I Be Billed?
After your move is completed the manager onsite will calculate the payment and call your payment method into the office. It is simple, no invoices or reminders to pay, all steps are completed the same day.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
All moves are able to be canceled. Fees ONLY occur IF you do not cancel within the 48 hours prior to your move ($50 Booking Fee) or if you cancel the day of your move then a (2) hour minimum charge is applied (hourly rate matched from customers invoice).
Can I Get A Refund?
Great, thing about A to Z Moving and Driving is there is never any refunds needed because you pay for the time you use.
